To meet the 40-hour mortgage broker licensing education requirement, simply choose from a live classroom schedule or an on-demand virtual course (online). PLEASE NOTE: Every existing mortgage broker must complete this 40-hour education program no later than March 31, 2009 to continue brokering mortgages. Avoid the last minute rush and enroll today!

We’ve broken the course into 2 modules so you can choose a Law module and a Practice module that fit your schedule and complete them in any order you like.
